Financial Policy

Dental insurance is unlike medical insurance. Dental insurance is a benefit to assist you with treatment needed, whereas medical insurance provides coverage for major medical treatment. There are many different agreements between insurance companies and their subscribers, and each contract provides a different benefit.  Since dental coverage varies so widely from company to company, it can become very confusing to the patient and us.  Therefore we prefer that you pay for treatment and have your insurance company reimburse you.

We will help you receive the maximum reimbursement from your dental insurance. As a courtesy to our patients, we will complete all necessary insurance forms and submit these forms electronically. You will receive your insurance reimbursement very quickly. We have been doing this for years and it works very nicely. We also will gladly electronically submit pre-determinations for treatment planned to your insurance to help determine your benefits.

For any single procedure totaling $500 or more, we offer a 5% discount when you pay in full by cash or check on or before the date the service is initiated.  We offer a 3% discount when you pay in full by credit or debit card on or before the date the service is initiated.

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

As a participating provider, patients are able to have manageable financial option to complete dental treatment. Please visit this link to learn more about Care Credit or visit with our front office staff when you are in the office.
