Our Practice

History

Corning Dental Associates was established in 1973 by Dr. Timothy Bates and Dr. John Carozza. In 1975, a new building was constructed and the practice was moved to its current location at 218 Denison Parkway in Corning, NY. Dr. John Gunselman eventually joined the practice as a third partner to Dr. Bates and Dr. Carozza. Corning Dental Associates has grown over the years, offering quality dentistry to generations of families. The three original partners have retired welcoming three new partners to the practice. Dr. Dennis Vargas joined the staff in 2004, Dr. Lynne Meriwether in 2007 and Dr. Paul Thurasaimy in 2012.
